Having run ETRAFFIC for 12 days, I’ve experienced the highs, the challenges, and the immense rewards of leadership firsthand. I’ve learned that the right strategies don’t just improve your business; they create a culture where people thrive.

One of my early lessons at ETRAFFIC was that without a clear vision, a team can quickly lose direction. In the early days, my vision was simple: provide high end marketing strategies for small businesses. But as we grew, I realised the importance of aligning that vision with specific, measurable goals.
Leadership isn’t about telling people what to do—it’s about showing them how it’s done. In the early days, I made it a priority to roll up my sleeves and get involved in the trenches. Whether it was meeting clients, troubleshooting campaigns, or staying late to hit deadlines, I wanted my team to see my commitment.
In my experience, trust is the cornerstone of a successful team. Without it, communication breaks down, collaboration falters, and progress slows.
In the early years, I learned the hard way that assumptions kill trust. Creating a culture of open communication turned everything around.
When a team member struggles, it’s an opportunity to show you care. I’ve found that being there during tough times earns long-term loyalty.
